Catherine Nichols is the author of more than 60 books for young readers of all ages. She has written on a wide variety of topics including animal intelligence, polar adventure, environmental habitats, as well as biographies and adaptations of classics. In addition to her writing, she provides editorial services to aspiring writers.

Catherine is a member of The Society of Children's Book Writers and Illustrators, PennWriters, and The Authors Guild. She lives in a suburb near Philadelphia, PA.
